If you are interested in this service, please come to the Surgery with proof of I.D. and ask for an Online Services Token at the reception desk.

Unfortunately, because of the secure nature of creating you an online account,  we have to process your application and issue you with a security token, the information that we give you must be used to register your online account within 24 hours or else it becomes invalid, and we will have to start the registration process for online services again.

We hope that this will be the start of more services being available online, so watch this space!

Please note we are unable to send registration tokens via an email due to confidentiality and fraud.  The receptionist should hand you a Emis Online Registrations token which you take home with you.  Please note that if you leave the Practice without receiving a token then you will have to return.
