    What to expect

In an attempt to protect both patients and our front line healthcare staff, we are actively discouraging patients to attend the practice sites for routine enquiries.

Please call us. If you are requesting a face to face appointment you should expect to be offered a clinician telephone triage appointment in the first instance.

For non-urgent clinical and non-clinical enquiries we would like to encourage you to use the E-consult platform (click the link above).  It may save a phone call and we will be back in contact

by the end of the next working day.  We would like to stress that this is ideal for non-urgent enquires and administrative queries.

We currently operating with controlled access measures, which means the doors are closed on arrival.  Reception staff are able to control access to the building by speaking to patients

via a temporary telephone link.  We would ask you to please respect confidentiality and social distancing measures whilst waiting to speak with staff.

If you are asked to attend an appointment, please wear a face mask or appropriate face covering.

Please DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY for your appointmentYou will be asked to stay in your car and the clinician will call you via telephone in time for your appointment.  If you are arriving on foot,

we have chairs available near the entrance.  Please be mindful of the weather conditions when visiting.

Do not be surprised if you are seen in a different consulting room than the one you would normally be seen in, or if the clinician is dressed in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

This is for your protection as well as the clinician.

We fully appreciate that these arrangements are not ideal, and we thank you for your continued co-operation and support at this time.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED UNDERSTANDING
